Examples of Easy Trade Ingredients:


White Flour = Almond Flour or Whole Wheat flour
1 C Sugar = 3/4 C + 1 T honey
Original Sour Cream = Fat Free Sour Cream or Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
Mayonnaise = 1-2 avocados + 1 C Plain Greek Yogurt (mixed well with pastry cutter)
