Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 egg
¾ C oats
2 scoops whey chocolate protein powder
2 T honey
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with silicone, foil liners (don’t use paper liners or
they will appear “sunk” and stick, since you are using oats not flour), or use
oil to grease. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix
until smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins. Bake for 14-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cammie, we used Trader Joe's chocolate whey protein and it tasted amazing. We have been trying to find a healthy muffin recipe and this was a hit. Thanks for sharing
