Heidi's Healthy Pizza

Pizza Night is the Kids' Favorite!

BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe:



Ingredients:
Trader Joe's wheat pizza dough
Stubb's original BBQ sauce (low cal and low carb)
Chicken diced and cooked in a small amount of olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Bits of fresh basil

Directions:
Stretch dough out on a stone, tin, etc. and baste w/ olive oil. Next, spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough. Add remaining ingredients, beginning and ending w/ a light layer of cheese. Bake according to dough package directions
